Strong visual communication skills are absolutely vital for a designer. Not only to make a project more convincing and visually pleasing, but also for communicating the ideas in one’s head. I am involved in various projects which involve graphic design skills and during my education I have always taken the promotion tasks upon me.
I am thus able to confidently present my work in an aesthetically pleasing way.

Intercultural Design.
I believe that widening one’s horizon and getting to know different cultures can contribute a lot to creating a more balanced and understanding world. No country, culture or person is perfect, so we should learn from each other to try and create a peaceful balance. During my exchange semester in Tsukuba, Japan I learned how to incorporate the teachings of the Kansei Design Methods in my design processes.
Through my past intercultural experiences and user-centered approach, I am able to put my intercultural knowledge to use in my work.
Interdisciplinary Adaptability.
A big asset of mine, is being able to learn whatever I set my mind to. Because of this skill I am very succesful in working together in an interdisciplinary team. Because I have developed such a broad skill set, I’m able to level with experts from different disciplines. I can easily attain the skills that are necessary for a succesful project.
